We do the paperwork for you and make sure that everything is insured. Below is described how to join us in 10 minutes!

1. Determine which unused space at home you wan't to rent out. It may be everything from a closet to an entire garage.

2. Measure your space in an write down how big it is in m2.

3. Determine a monthly renting price which you find fair. (Tip, follow our m2 price guide and note we add additional 5% in administrational costs. The price for the renter will be added 20% VAT)

4. Determine how often you want the renter to be able coming using his stored items. Shall he/she only be able to visit once a year, a month or once a week? 

5. Fill in our registration form below

6. Wait until we contact you with an interested hirer

7. Start making money monthly
